Paintings (2019 – 2022)
Before I began pursuing graphic design academically, I studied Studio Art. The switch to design felt seamless and intuitive since my painting process already utilized digitization and collage. My current design practices and illustration abilities are heavily influenced by my background in paint. I simultaneously see the interaction between these domains as mutualistic. Design, for me, has become a more accessible and efficient means for communicating ideas I once explored exclusively in paint.
