For the 2023 Grubhub Chicago and NYC Reputation campaign and its 2024 refresh, we crafted a compelling narrative highlighting Grubhub's origins, offerings, and positive user experiences via clever illustrations and fun food photography (Chicago Dog CTA cars, Chicago Mix clouds, and a Deep Dish Centennial wheel). The initial campaign aimed to reinforce Grubhub's strong local presence in Chicago, where it was founded and is headquartered, emphasizing the platform's benefits for the community, restaurant owners, and businesses.
